A true Godsend
Godsend
My wife and I started looking for a home pre-pandemic (3 years ago) when we found out we were expecting our first child. We were working with a realtor who was referred by a friend. Then, the pandemic hit and our search was put on hold. As things began to return to “normal” and we started placing offers, we found ourselves having to self educate on the home buying process. We didn’t feel secure and confident in the processes. My wife and I discussed the idea of using a new realtor, but we felt loyal to our prior Relator (nice guy). Our friends and family would suggest their realtors. Like any relationship, it has to be the right fit.
We met Michael at an open house we had an offer on. He kindly navigated us on how to strengthen our offer. Unfortunately/ fortunately, we didn’t get that house, but we did feel we had a good connection with Michael. He seemed genuine, passionate, and well versed with the industry ins and outs. My wife and I knew if we wanted a home for our daughter, we had to breakup with our prior realtor. We asked Michael to represent us. We went to see a few homes one weekend, including one that we previously put offers on and was still on the market. Michael put in a new offer with different negotiating terms and our offer was accepted the same day. Michael and our lender (both Military men) got us ready to close in literally 7 days. My wife and I were prepared for more of a difficult buying processes since searching for a home was so difficult, but they made it so smooth and stress free. We were blown away. We put trust into Michael and the vendors he worked well with, even though we had our own lined up. Michael’s inspector, insurance broker, and title agent were just as impressive as Michael, all professional, fast, and well educated in their area of expertise. My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to put trust into Michael, he is simply amazing to work with.
