Godsend My wife and I started looking for a home pre-pandemic (3 years ago) when we found out we were expecting our first child. We were working with a realtor who was referred by a friend. Then, the pandemic hit and our search was put on hold. As things began to return to “normal” and we started placing offers, we found ourselves having to self educate on the home buying process. We didn’t feel secure and confident in the processes. My wife and I discussed the idea of using a new realtor, but we felt loyal to our prior Relator (nice guy). Our friends and family would suggest their realtors. Like any relationship, it has to be the right fit. We met Michael at an open house we had an offer on. He kindly navigated us on how to strengthen our offer. Unfortunately/ fortunately, we didn’t get that house, but we did feel we had a good connection with Michael. He seemed genuine, passionate, and well versed with the industry ins and outs. My wife and I knew if we wanted a home for our daughter, we had to breakup with our prior realtor.
