My husband and I wanted to try to sell our house before the summer began. Michael was very thorough with all the information about how the market was at the time, and gave us an estimated time it would take to have our house sold, and he was right on target. Within a couple of days of the house being on the market there were curveballs after curveballs, such as; the federal reserves increasing interest rates, potential buyers offering way below asking price, etc. I can gladly say we are so very grateful Michael was our realtor to help us with it all. His critical thinking is always on the go! Constantly thinking outside of the box to make the best negotiations. You will have a peace of mind because it doesn’t matter what challenges might go your way, he will make the deal work to your satisfaction, guaranteed. As a military family the only down side is that we can’t take Michael with us to our next duty stations to help us buy our future homes, lol!
