He worked so very hard on our behalf -- answering questions from the inane/obvious to the somewhat legalistic (complicated and annoying), always in record time. The reasons he became a real estate agent will pull at your heart strings and are part of the reason he's such a trustworthy person to have as an advisor, advocate and agent. Before buying this house, when I thought about real estate agents, I thought of someone a little bit fake, who puts on a show, and engages in a bit of underhandedness. Michael is very, very different. He is a person of integrity and great knowledge. He grew up in So. Florida and he really knows the market well. He's also put together a stellar team of trustworthy, direct, honest, competent folks. We were really happy with his lender contact and the service they provided. Same story with the home inspector. Michael was also gentle in guiding us away from properties that would not have been good investments for a variety of reasons. And he was tireless -- scheduling viewing after viewing (every house we wanted to see) until we found the one. Without his advice, I doubt we would have moved quickly enough to get the house off the market and reach a fair contact price with the sellers.
