He advocated for us with the buyers and made sure we were aware of everything going on. He helped us with the staging of our house and we were able to go under contract within 5 days of being on the market! I believe this was due to his marketing skills and knowledge of what the consumer base wants. Closing went as smooth as it could and with no delay!
