I was looking for an agent to help purchase my first investment property and felt most comfortable with Kit and her process. She was always available to via text/phone/Zoom. Kit has extensive knowledge of the real estate market from an investment perspective as she has multiple rental properties herself. She was able to tailor the search and then use appropriate analytics to meet my buying criteria. Once the property was contract, Kit had multiple contacts to assist with the rest of the process (financing, insurance, attorney, etc.). Additionally, she has many set processes in place for short/mid-term rentals in terms of how to set this up with minimal hassle and within an affordable budget, all of which she was happy to share. Even after closing, she has gone out of her way to help navigate getting the property up and running such as coming to the property to help with minor repairs. In summary, I would highly recommend Kit as a real estate agent for anyone looking to directly invest in real estate in the Triangle region. She will ensure you are set up to succeed and gives the extra effort even when it is not necessary. I will certainly plan on using her as an agent for future investment properties without hesitation.

She is well-versed in house hacking and the financial aspect of looking for a home and helped us navigate the complex 2023 market. She spends time to look at homes to send you that MAKE SENSE and doesn't inundate you with every house that comes on the market. She has very experienced connections for everything from lending/financing to inspectors and contractors. She's incredibly responsive and has a great team around her. From start to finish Kit was an incredible help consulting, finding properties and throughout the closing process. Any question or concern was answered, couldn’t ask for more. She’s not like other realtors, she’ll be in crawlspace and attics, show you things you wouldn’t even think about and then has the solution and contacts for everything. You can tell that she’s an investor and owns houses herself, she lives and breathes real estate!
