I was impressed by how much time and attention Kit gave us. I know she is extremely busy and the housing market is also crazy right now, but every time we spoke it felt like we were the only thing on her agenda. She remain levelheaded through the ups and downs of our house search and skillfully guided us into a home that we love. She also got us quite a bit more than we were expecting on the sale of our previous home. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

This was our 3rd home purchase, and Kit was the best realtor we've worked with! We were flying in from out of state, and only had a small window to get familiar with the area, view houses, and put in an offer, and Kit made it happen! We leaned heavily on her expertise of the area and the market, and did not regret it. She was able to tailor our viewings real-time based on what we liked and didn't like, which made efficient use of our limited time. After we had a contract, she continued to be very responsive to our questions in preparation of closing. Overall, you can tell she cares about her clients, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and you have a great experience!
