Kit is an excellent realtor and very honest person. She was able to help my wife and I find the perfect home.

This was our 3rd home purchase, and Kit was the best realtor we've worked with! We were flying in from out of state, and only had a small window to get familiar with the area, view houses, and put in an offer, and Kit made it happen! We leaned heavily on her expertise of the area and the market, and did not regret it. She was able to tailor our viewings real-time based on what we liked and didn't like, which made efficient use of our limited time. After we had a contract, she continued to be very responsive to our questions in preparation of closing. Overall, you can tell she cares about her clients, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and you have a great experience!

Kit was amazing. She was looking for properties for us 2 weeks before we got to Idaho, and when we got to Idaho we only had one day to find a house for our family.
