Kit ad her staff were very helpful and response to our questions was very prompt. We had a mixup about our closing date and when we were supposed to be out of our house. That was our only problem. Kit sent members of her team to help us finish packing, which was very helpful, but still very stressful. The mixup may have been our fault, for not clarifying.
I'm very grateful for the responsiveness and courtesy afforded to me by Kit and her team. Although I ultimately purchased land that was unlisted, there were a couple other listings we considered along the way. The process was stress free and communication was timely. Kit made herself available at unusual times of the week in order to facilitate my purchase! Definitely recommending to friends and family when they enter the market.
