"If you are looking for a condo or townhouse in Half Moon Bay or anywhere on the coast, you could not do better than Kirsten Hagen as your buyer’s agent! Kirsten has great knowledge of all of the condo and townhouse complexes in the area. I was buying from out of the area and Kirsten was very willing to spend time with me touring all of the condo and townhouse complexes, and even sending me video tours of available units when I was out of town. She was very responsive to all of my questions and provided assistance in reviewing HOA finances and disclosures. Kirsten also expertly negotiated my townhouse purchase in a seller’s market.
