A series of unfortunate events dictated that I had to help my mom sell her house asap to support her care needs. We were on a tight time line and several things needed to happen. He proactively helped me by using his contacts to get the needed house repairs and carpet replaced on a reduced budget AND hooked us up with a great estate sale company that executed the event within weeks versus the months others were quoting.
