Where do I begin? When we started on this journey of selling our home and moving to another state, we didn't think it would be possible because our house was old and out of the way. We needed to sell quickly so I could start my new job with peace of mind knowing our house was sold but we had a month to do it. Not only did Kirk make us believers in his abilities to get the job done, but far and away exceeded our expectations of selling the house for what we were hoping to get. We had repairs that needed done before closing, and had no idea what we were doing, but Kirk was extremely resourceful and professional, we felt like we didn't have to do anything to get it all done. He did all the heavy lifting and helped ease our anxiety about the whole thing. We left Kansas knowing that we were taken care of and could not be more pleased with the absolutely stellar work Kirk put into this sell. He knows his business and owns his work.
