A series of unfortunate events dictated that I had to help my mom sell her house asap to support her care needs. We were on a tight time line and several things needed to happen. I have been a part of many property transactions and have never worked with a realtor like Kirk and his team. His office manager, Sherri, is amazing as well. I don't know where to start, I could not have made it through the last 10 months without Kirk & his team. I not only had to deal with the passing of my mother, but the need to get her house sold. Kirk helped give me guidance on what we needed to do to get the house brought from the 1970's into 2025. I worked to get the house cleared out for Kirk, a daunting task of going through 90 years of stuff, Kirk was there to support me with ideas and info on the Estate Sale I did. Once the house was clear Kirk knew the contractors we needed to work with to bring the house up to date. I live several hours away and Kirk stepped up and helped me oversee the work and make sure that we got everything done that needed to be done. Once the house was ready to go on the market it was under contract within a week at our listing price. He knows the market, what a house needs to be sold and what prices are doing in the market and getting the most we could for the house. I would recommend Kirk and his staff in a heartbeat. He was literally a Godsend to me this past year, I can't imagine having a different agent. They were great working with me from a distance also, so I didn't have to constantly run down there to sign something or check/approve something etc. Kirk and his staff are phenomenal!

Where do I begin? When we started on this journey of selling our home and moving to another state, we didn't think it would be possible because our house was old and out of the way.
