There is so much I can say about Kirk and the Meisinger Group with Keller Williams but I will try to find keep it brief. Kirk was amazing with helping my wife and I sell our starter house that we lived in for 16 years and did SO much work on to make it what it was worth when Kirk was able to sell it. As for our new home it was a bit of a struggle but Kirk and Tamara were AMAZING! They helped us ultimately get the house we wanted and for a price we could afford. The former home owners were VERY difficult to say the least but Kirk did an amazing job in dealing with them and their agent. Alot of things were able to be handled and settled before we moved in and my wife and I were able to take care of everything else. So in closing I would recommend Kirk and his team to ANYONE that needs to sell or buy or both for their needs. Kirk is a very honest and upfront person and he will tell you what you need to do and if you follow what is suggested then you will ultimately be extremely happy with your outcomes. Kirk is highly knowledgeable about real estate laws, and has built a network of highly reputable professionals and contractors from across the metro. You need a new roof or some handyman work done before you sell? No problem! Kirk will help you take care of it. We needed a new roof before selling our home. Originally, I did not want to go through that hassle as selling a home is already so much work. But Kirk ensured us it would be more beneficial if we did and I am so thankful we took his advice! Kirk lined everything up for us, would even reach out to our insurance adjustor to tie up loose ends. He really made it painless. Most importantly, Kirk helped us get our home in tip top shape and we were able to list higher than we expected.
