Working with Kirk is a worry-free amazing experience. Kirk made our condo-buying experience seamless. He has the uncanny ability to work well with everyone he comes in contact with which fostered a great working relationship between the sellers and us (buyers). All of our questions were answered and he was always there to make the process as simple as possible. When the inspection revealed repairs were needed, he stepped up with referrals and made the contacts to see that the work got done. We had zero complaints or concerns during the buying process - Kirk is a friendly face with the knowledge and connections to make the buying process as easy as going to the grocery store.
