We were referred to Kirk by dear friends and could not have had a better experience! His local market expertise is phenomenal! His engaging personality is exceptional! He listens to what you are looking for and is honest through the entire process (doesn't just give you the rainbow and unicorn version to make a quick sell). As first time CA homebuyers, he went out of his way to answer all of our questions and clearly communicated during the entire process- we always knew what to expect. When it came to negotiations, he was strategic fought for what we wanted. In the end, we found a lovely home at a great price (well within our budget) and had a great experience doing so!
