We came to the Northport area looking for a home and Kim had been recommended to us. We gave her a list of “wants” and she showed us about 10 homes. The second one was perfect. We bought it in July, but couldn’t be here for the final walk through or closing. In fact, we weren’t able to be here until early Oct. Kim and Tim did a great job of standing in for us and looking after our home until we could get here. The whole thing could have been a nightmare, but they made it super easy for us. They went above and beyond. You are making a mistake if you don’t choose them as your realtors!
