Above and Beyond

Kim's service was above and beyond what could reasonably be expected from a realtor. I live in Illinois and had listed my mother and stepfather's house with Kim. During the process there were several matters that arose (including two hurricanes) that an absentee owner could not take care of. Kim took care of them, including placing sand bags, house cleaning, having the yard mowed, obtaining a replacement title for a vehicle that had been sold and needed to be moved out of the driveway. In addition she kept me advised of what was happening every step of the way. I would highly recommend her and her team.
