13 houses so far, best realtor I've ever had

We have moved several times, the last time 13 years ago. We checked MLS listings for realtor's current listings for original information, not the same generic listing. Also, the pictures, not showing pictures of corners and showing laundry on furniture. We both checked and compared notes. We both picked Kim to look at. Having met with her we looked no further. My biggest assurance of quality was she is a retired Senior Chief in the Navy. Being retired from the military tells me she will continue her Navy professionalism to real estate. She drew up comps of similar houses and brought us a package to look at. She had a lot of detail including pictures and information of similar homes in our area. No other realtor we have had has done this much work. Maybe things have changed since our last sale. Kim made the process easy to navigate and listened to our concerns. We had an offer in 6 days and have now closed. When we saw the listing on Realtor.com we did not believe it was our house. The professional pictures were perfect. Maybe our home would still be for sale if we had not found a buyer in a buyer's market. We know she put us in the best position to sell because of her knowledge and hard work. I learned a lesson to stay quiet and let the professional advise us and do the work for us. Also, her husband works with her and is also a retired chief in the Navy. Kim would be good person to talk to. I am certain you would be happy with your home sale. Plus, she is a hard person not to like.
