Kimberly Turley is a REALTOR® with Living Down South who currently serves clients in Northeast Georgia including Gwinnett, Barrow, Hall, Jackson, and Walton Counties. Living Down South is excited to partner with Kim, who has a passion for helping those who seek a residential, barn and land, or lake living lifestyle. Currently a resident of Dacula, Georgia, Kim was born and raised just 10 miles away in Metro Atlanta’s second oldest city, Lawrenceville, Georgia. A graduate of the University of Georgia (1997), Kim obtained her Bachelors Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture where she put that education to good use post-graduation as a Commercial & Residential Designer and as a Home Stager for a local real estate brokerage. After 20 years working as an interior designer and home stager, Kim took a leap and earned her license as a real estate professional out of a thirst for helping others while at the same time, expanding her knowledge and skills in the real estate industry. Considering her combination of industry experience, education, work ethic, competencies, and love for serving her clients, Kim is a winning choice for anyone seeking a true professional to lead a real estate engagement. When not selling real estate, Kim enjoys small home renovation projects and shopping thrift stores for old furniture to re-purpose. Kim and her husband, Chuck, are proud parents of three great kids – Cameron, a graduate of GA Tech, Cailyn, a graduate of UGA, and Kyle, a student at UNG. In their free time, Kim and Chuck love traveling, going to concerts, and watching ball games with friends and family.
