Just a pleasant experience from start to finish. Kim and the referral team she lead me to made it a team approach all the way through. She went over and above in introducing us to the sellers who we now consider friends. She also assisted buyer and seller in transactions on furnishings and equipment at this unique 5 acre home/barn/caretaker cottage property. Excellent local knowledge fast and courteous

We met Kim at an open house, and while we were interested in that property, ultimately it wasn't the right fit. We identified other properties that would interest us and she quickly got us in to see those, as well as finding an additional listing we had not seen. She was patient as we saw a couple of the properties multiple times to narrow our selection, and within a week we were under contract--on the house she found for us. She was thorough on all the follow up, timely in her communication with us, and made sure all inspections were scheduled and completed well within the timeline. She showed good attention to detail, and we found her both professional and personable. She clearly understood us and was easy to work with. To top it off she arranged a welcome party on the day of our closing--she invited many of our new neighbors and set everything up. This was above and beyond. We have purchased many homes over the years, and I can honestly say this was the best experience. I highly recommend Kim and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
