Kim brought together a variety of professional skills to effect the sale of my property at a time when many similar units were available for a lower price in the immediate locale. She started the relationship effectively by coming over to my property, sitting down at the dining table with me and going over my perspective on the sale. I had a chance to immediately communicate to her that I was not in a raging hurry to sell the property. That I enjoyed the property and wished to sell it to someone who would as well. So you see she started the communication connection strongly and it continued that way to the sale. Five stars is not enough for Kim. We were moving from St. Louis to Vero Beach and needed a new home quickly. My wife picked out a home online and spoke to Kim. I flew down last minute on Thursday to see the house by myself as my wife had to work and was unimpressed so my wife said she trusted me and that I should just pick us a house. Kim showed me 7 more homes that day. Not being sold on anything and leaving the next day Kim showed me 5 more houses on Friday. Dazed and confused I realized I could not make this decision on my own and had my wife fly in the next morning. Kim showed us 8 houses that day, some new and some that I wanted to see again. We decided to make an offer on one of the last ones then went back to our hotel physically and emotionally exhausted. The next morning(Sunday) we were flying back to St. Louis in the afternoon but asked Kim to show us a couple more homes before we left. She arranged it quickly and we were off to see more houses. In the four days I/we were there Kim worked tirelessly to show us over 20 homes, several of which we wanted to make offers on but which went under contract that day. We flew home that night and the wait started to find out if our one offer was accepted. Two days later it was. After our offer was accepted Kim guided us through every aspect of the home buying process answering text messages and calls at all hours of the evening and on weekends. She assured us everything would be fine when we needed help and made sure whatever we needed was taken care of making the whole process go smoothly. My wife and I talk about how lucky we were to find such a caring and hard working agent and will make sure that anybody we know looking to buy or sell a home contacts Kim.
