Kimberly Stanford has had a passion for real estate for over 20 years. Her first investments were a cabin in WI and purchasing land in MN and building a beautiful lakeside homestead. When moving to Florida from MN over 20 years ago she decided to continue to own homes out of state and started her rental endeavor.
