Our house sold quickly, above asking price, and we were relieved and delighted that hers and our hard work paid off! Kimberly is an amazing realtor and person. She not only listed and sold my home (in one weekend) but also helped me to find my new dream home. Kimberly was very intuitive and responsive to my personal needs throughout this life-changing transition from a suburban home of 36 years to a downtown condo, and was available 24/7 to answer my questions and calm my fears. She helped me stage and prepare the home for sale and then beat the bushes to help find the perfect new home to meet my unique needs while being respectful of my feelings every step of the way. I've bought and sold multiple homes and I met Kimberly at an open house. I immediately was struck by what I nice person she was. She is very kind. But, purchasing a house is a huge investment and a huge decision and she 100% did not look into my best interests. She was a horrible negotiator - in fact, I feel like she was working on behalf of the seller (which she was representing the buyer - in contrary to what is listed here on Zillow). I asked her multiple questions about the inspection report - several which she just brushed off. Also, following the sale, the roof started leaking. It was obvious that the leak was a previous issue. I called her to ask her opinion for the best course of action and she basically told me..."well, you bought the house so it's your responsibility." Either way, she was NOT a good fit for me and I would never recommend her to anyone...well, maybe my worst enemy. :)

Kimberly was wonderful. It was our first house and she was there step by step. We live in san francisco, kimberley had lots of houses for us to see when we drove up for a few days. She knew what we wanted, we had been communicating thru emails and looked at houses online and gave her feed back. After finding our house we did everything thru emails so no need to travel back an forth. We are now very happy new owner. She also gave us the list of the utilities . It was a great experience and i would recommend Kimberley without hesitation.
