Kim was awesome to work with. We were buying from out of state, and she made sure that everything was taken care to fit our difficult schedules. Being new homeowners, Kim really helped us navigate the home buying process and was able to answer all the random questions we had.

Of course "All's well that ends well". However, I gave Kim five stars because she did a five star job. She understood what we want so we spent our and her time efficiently, looking only to properties that fully covered our requirements. For the entire process, searching, looking, visiting and re-visiting, documenting, contracting and closing she was always available and well prepared to help. Also it was fun working with Kim.

I almost forgot but must tell you how wonderful Kimberly Sharp is & was. She went over & above beyond. I've dealt with a few from different companies as we have sold a few homes. She is smarter than any we have used. She had four families interested at the same time & it wasn't on the market very long. Thank you for letting me spout.

Kim was there every step of the way. She answered any questions I had about being a first time home her and made sure the houses we looked at were exactly what we were looking for. I reached out to her because she is a customer of mine at work and normally doesn't deal with the area I was looking to buy in but made the long journey to show us houses even late in the day due to my crazy work schedule.
