After seeing our reaction to the house we eventually purchased, Kim worked hard to find comparable houses. I was having difficulty trying to fax a large document to my lender and Kim assisted me by faxing it on my behalf. She out of her way continuously to make sure our home buying experience was as hassle free as she could possibly make it. She found the house that was so perfect for us, we never plan to move again. But if we did, Kim would be our buying and selling agent.

We started looking for houses in early March. After the first couple Kim started to understand what we liked and disliked. She helped us look at houses she knew we would like. After getting outbid many times over the course of months we were finally able to land a house. Kim had been nothing short of Amazing this whole time. She never wavered at any point, even after showing us a ludicrous amount of houses. She negotiated the house down and had some clever insight and strategy to help us on our way to homeownership. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!

She was so patient with us and set up many house visits for us to find our dream home. She was very responsive to our needs and meeting deadlines for the offers we made. She was also able to give us insight into what kind of work could be done and how each house could work for us. She was excellent and just what we needed during this crazy time.

Kim was find to work with have not with a realtor in 25 years things change. Kim always had a lot on her plate.

To keep things short and simple, Kim expertly managed all things related to the sale. She provided safety supplies needed due to covid. We could not be happier with the final results. I highly recommend Kim.
