To have been able to own my own house it’s all possible to Kimberly Shaler. She guide me step by step in the process, from showing me houses that were in my budget and been able at all times of the day if I had questions, a great advisor on what inspections need to happen and following with findings and what needs to be fixed. Thank God for Kimberly who was also telling me to calm down and not stressed so much, she got it. I will definitely have Kimberly guide me to another real state journey.

Kimberly Shaler is the best realtor we have ever had. I say this as someone who has moved quite a bit and also a landlord. She worked extremely hard to market and sell our property with open houses, marketing material, and excellent communication skills. Before taking the listing she worked hard to find comparable properties that were sold to get us the highest price possible for the house. She didn't low ball her estimate to sell the house quickly. She was accommodating with everything and I mean everything that I felt necessary. She put up many signs for the open houses and brought food and beverages for attendees. Marketing material was both mailed out and available in the home. She sent us weekly market reports. She always had our best interest in mind. If we had a question or concern she would take it upon herself to help find the answer. She is not only extremely professional, but also very polite, kind, and honest. I have experienced many realtors that start off well and then later become very pushy with their only goal being to sell your house at any cost. This is not Kimbery Shaler. I kept wondering when she would become some super pushy sales woman that I would long to be rid of. She never did. She sold my house quickly with hard work and integrity.
