I was nervous about purchasing a home. I was given Kim's name by my lender told him I wanted someone who would listen and make this a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend Kim I had no problems it was a joy to work with her. Settlement date was given to me at the time of signing the contract and had no problems did not have any delays.
