Kim responded quickly to my request to help me sell my home. She provided a market analysis with a suggested price. She brought in a reputable contractor to recommend repairs necessary and provide an estimate of cost to repair. Once approved, the extensive repairs including painting, carpeting and wood repairs, wer completed within 2 weeks. Kim arranged for a professional photograqpher that did fantastic pictures for listing. As a result the house sold within hours of the listing going live. After the buyers contract was signed, Kim kept me on schedule fo the inspections and arranged for the contractors required to fix any inspection failures. As a result the closing happened on schedule.
