Kim arranged for a professional photograqpher that did fantastic pictures for listing. As a result the house sold within hours of the listing going live. After the buyers contract was signed, Kim kept me on schedule fo the inspections and arranged for the contractors required to fix any inspection failures. As a result the closing happened on schedule.
