You will find out very quickly how organized and more important, a great communicator Kim is. I was on the lowest price condo buyer list and Kim treated me like I was buying a million dollar home. She cared so much that she kept trying her hardest to find me a place after 4-5 offers that I lost out on. She really new my situation and never gave up finding something for me. By God's grace she did find me a condo. I thank God for His kindness for my beautiful home. I walked into her office and she was soooo nice and kind, I new God sent me to her for the right direction and help. Kim brought me through each electronic step of every offer and my final purchase making sure everything was perfect with all companies envolved. Kim is so-so good I even told one of my sister's who sold her house in New Port Richey, Fl for over $700,000 to use Kim as her agent, that's what I think about Kim Roberts. She's amazing, not because she is so professional, though she is, but because she cares so much about finding that home that you really want and love, almost as if she's buying it for herself! Pretty rare to find someone like Kim Roberts in these type of days.
