Not the best agent I’ve ever worked with. Not particularly interested in saving me money or in selling my house. Eventually found a buyer that she represented. Seemed like a conflict of interest to me. She bent over backwards for her buyer at my loss. Again not impressed. It was a successful conclusion as I sold my house.

my experience was an eye opener. kim answers texts emails phone calls and any request I had immediately. finding myself on my own after 40 years I forgot more than I knew, but kim was there. very knowledgeable and willing to share. IF I ever have to move again I would call kim with no hesitation. And a very sweet person
