Kim was awesome to work with, I do t think I could have done this huge step in my life without her. When we sat down together I explained to her that I would like to purchase a condo so I wouldn’t have the responsibility of any lawn care or maintenance outside and needed to down size to something smaller. Kim listened to me intently and at the end of our conversation she noted everything that was important to me. I felt guilty for going to see so many different condos even though I knew they might be too small or a little too far away from my family but she reassured me that we would keep looking until it felt like home. Kim was so patient with me and every time we went looking at condos she would point out the upsides and the downsides and most of all there was never any pressure to choose something that was just ok, she wanted it to be my favorite place to come home to and relax. I’m so very grateful that Kim has been a part of my life and always by my side and this has been the most wonderful experience in finding my new home. Thanks to Kim for all of her hard work and dedication in my journey. I would do this process a hundred times over and and have that same warm and comfortable feeling! I have been keeping my friends posted on my progress and they are excited to keep Kim in mind when they are ready to start their journey. Kim is the best at what she does and always has her clients interest in mind. She is hard working and very dedicated to her clients. Love her to pieces!
