Kim was awesome to work with, I do t think I could have done this huge step in my life without her. When we sat down together I explained to her that I would like to purchase a condo so I wouldn’t have the responsibility of any lawn care or maintenance outside and needed to down size to something smaller. Kim listened to me intently and at the end of our conversation she noted everything that was important to me. I felt guilty for going to see so many different condos even though I knew they might be too small or a little too far away from my family but she reassured me that we would keep looking until it felt like home.
