We first started looking for a home in inverness, she showed us many places and was very patient with our constantly changing visions. We suddenly switched locales to New Port Richey and we kept using her due to our trust in her. Here we also looked at many places, sometimes even into the evening, the she would make the long drive home to Inverness. We finally settled on a place, and made an offer that was accepted. Last Monday, before we closed, ZI wanted the carpets cleaned, but the seller's LOCAL realtor refused to come and let the cleaner in, so Kimberly drove 1 1/2 hours one way to let the cleaner in. When they got there, they found that the seller had shut the power off, and had left food in the fridge, which had rotted and smelled horrible. I got the power back on, but Kimberly and the carpet guy cleaned out the rotted food, and Kimberly scrubbed the fridge out. I don't know who the seller's realtor was, but they were a dud in my eyes! In Kimberly, we found a "Realtor for Life". and most importantly, made a friend forever. Highly highly recommend this person over anyone else in this area of the state. We trust her completely!
I don't think our house would have sold without Kimberly's persistence. She went above and beyond in every aspect. There were many hiccups (created by the buyer) that we had to battle through and she was always by my side, finding a solution.
Kim went above and beyond helping us buy our first house. She is very knowledgeable and was able to point out many things we wouldn't have noticed about the houses we looked at - some good and some bad. We weren't really satisfied with the selection of houses on the market in our area, but thankfully we were able to sign up for her VIP buyer program, which allowed us to shop homes that weren't on the market yet - in our favorite neighborhood, too! After we found a house that checked all the boxes, she was able to negotiate and got the seller to cover our closing costs, as well as provide a 1 year home warranty, so we have less to worry about after moving in. All in all this was top notch service and I couldn't recommend her enough!
