My love and I began searching for land to purchase in the Del Rio/Uvalde/Brackett area (we are both from the Hill Country). We were quickly reminded that "all agents are not created equal" and struggled to maintain communication between multiple listing agents on prospect properties (even after telling their assistants we were paying cash). She cared about us from start to finish, valued our concerns, maintained constant communication, kept our (home) lender on their toes, and even negotiated a Home Shield warranty on our New Build before we could even mention it to her. I could speak all day on the reasons why we will always refer potential buyers to Kimberly.

Kimberly was instrumental in finding our home, we like many, who move to Del Rio, come from many miles away. This limits your ability to see many houses, or the latest offerings. The market was hot when we purchased, and so was she! She did several video walk thru's on new offerings when they came up. She stayed on top of our negotiations and was the sweetest most caring agent we've dealt with. Would highly recommend her to any prospective buyers or sellers!
