My love and I began searching for land to purchase in the Del Rio/Uvalde/Brackett area (we are both from the Hill Country). We were quickly reminded that "all agents are not created equal" and struggled to maintain communication between multiple listing agents on prospect properties (even after telling their assistants we were paying cash). However, the level of frustration we experienced in the beginning stages of our property search did not last long. On the second week of property searching, we found our charm, Kimberly! She was organized, friendly, a wonderful listener and provides feedback -based off your dream home/property visions. She patiently presented a handful of properties before we finally found our beautiful lakefront acreage in Castle Canyon Estates! She made the process SO incredibly smooth that we pleaded with her to represent us in our ongoing home search. My love and I are a Border Patrol Agent -Active Duty (Ft Hood) Soldier team. Kimberly dedicated her time for showings and constantly accommodated our wild schedules so we could be together for every step. She is fluent in VA Home Loans but also had our back when it came to Inspections/Appraisals/Quick Document turn around times. The closing table can be stressful, but Kimberly exudes confidence at all times, which resulted in smooth transactions. There was not one document at the closing table that I had not already read, thanks to her professionalism and extreme preparation. The BEST part of working with Kimberly, though, is that she is a kind and wonderful person who truly loves to make her clients happy. She cared about us from start to finish, valued our concerns, maintained constant communication, kept our (home) lender on their toes, and even negotiated a Home Shield warranty on our New Build before we could even mention it to her.
