There is probably not enough room here to write all the special qualities Kimberly lux has. She is charming, definitely masterful and so caring of all her clients. She listed our home, it sold in less than a week, then our buyer lost his financing. Kimberly was on vacation (or supposed to be) but instantly online to re list. The calls were swarming in within minutes of her listing and on Saturday the house was down for 9 showings. In less than 30 hours it was back under contract and she dealt with all the contracts and paper signing via email, fax and vigilant phone calls.
