There is probably not enough room here to write all the special qualities Kimberly lux has. She is charming, definitely masterful and so caring of all her clients. She listed our home, it sold in less than a week, then our buyer lost his financing. Kimberly was on vacation (or supposed to be) but instantly online to re list. The calls were swarming in within minutes of her listing and on Saturday the house was down for 9 showings. In less than 30 hours it was back under contract and she dealt with all the contracts and paper signing via email, fax and vigilant phone calls. We've sold seven of our homes through different realtors all over this country and we say she is the best ever. She is compassionate, respectful honest and so hard working it is scary. We found her from the Armstrong Century 21 site by her bio, it was short and sweet, not boastful and we liked her facial features which to us looked like "I'm a keeper" Our guess was definitely spot on. Once the financing went through we moved to NC and Kim took over everything including a repair that needed to be done all the way to closing. She went above and beyond. Also a tip for sellers is if you listen well to your Realtor about staging, making the house look just so you will get it sold. They know what they are talking about and Kimberly Lux is your gal.
