We truly enjoyed our experience with Kimberly Lux. She has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in the greater Deltona, Florida area and in our case, the condo market. She is a very friendly person who is attentive to your needs and is very detail oriented, pointing things out that you may not know which is important when you are not familiar with the area. She is very kind and not pushy trying to talk you into buying this property or the other. Once we found the unit that we purchased we worked with her and the mortgage broker that she recommended.
