Kimberly is a trustworthy realtor and I would 10p% recommend. I had a short window to have my house under contract and she got it done! Yes, there were some curve balls thrown, but Kimberly knew how to handle those and explained every detail during the process. She offered to help clean my house, stage it, and also worked around my busy work, kid schedule!!! Kimberly was open to all and any suggestions I had as a seller and actually talked through scenarios. She always answered my calls or returned calls in a matter of minutes. This was my 2nd house she has sold and I will continue to trust Kimberly in the future!!

Kimberly went above and beyond just normal sales/purchases of a house. Kimberly would check in on me everyday just to see if I needed anything.
