Kim helped us look at multiple houses before we found the right one. She handled everything about the process and walked us first-time home buyers through it clearly and thoroughly. Even though we were completely new to it she made sure we never felt lost or overwhelmed. She referred us to excellent financing services and home inspection services. She also coordinated the inspections with the homeowners and selling agents as quickly as humanly possible. She was super responsive to each and every one of our many concerns considering we were first timers. She went above and beyond at every step of the process and for that we are very grateful!
