Working with Kim was a wonderful experience and truly a dream come true. Kim was referred to me by a close friend and it was one of the greatest references someone has given me. Her knowledge and years of experience really reflected when we started house hunting. She was so informative along the way and made herself available whenever we needed her. She was very honest with the homes we toured and made us feel very protected. When you are the buyer and you are dreaming of leaving your lease for a purchasing your first home, you can easily get lost in imagination and Kim grounded us in the best way. She knew the amount of work some homes we toured would take in order for them to be livable and that kind of insight lead us to a beautiful home that took no extra money our of our pockets to fix up. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you will make and Kim is truly someone you want by your side when it comes time to researching, negotiating, and closing. Kim was recommended to us by one of my coworkers, and I am so glad she did. Kim made the whole process of buying a house so much more personal than I thought it could be. Her guidance and expertise was invaluable especially since the deal went less than smoothly (but not because of her!). It was always easy to reach her by phone and she made sure that if she couldn't go to a showing with us, that her assistant would be there instead. We always felt like we were a priority. She has a great eye for design and used to flip homes herself, so she was wonderful at seeing possibilities that we couldn't see for ourselves. When it came down to making an offer and going through the inspection and closing process, she shined. She was persistent and really went to bat for us on a number of occasions. She knew her numbers inside and out and was meticulous about checking everything. All in all, we had a great experience with her and would highly recommend her.
