This is the second time we worked with Kim on the sale and purchase of a home. Kim has a great demeanor and takes the time to understand what you want to achieve in each transaction. She truly wants you to be happy with the outcome, whatever that may be. For this most recent set of transaction, Kim continued to be wonderful through the entire process of selling our house and helping us buy our condo. She was thoughtful in her approach and she worked with us to achieve our goals and objectives. On the sale side, Kim understood that our timing was imminent but might not be immediate. We had a specific vision for the next phase of our lives but were very comfortable in our single family home. Kim did not pressure us in any way but rather provided the pros and cons of the listing timing and gave great guidance on the steps we should take to get the house market ready. Kim was right on with her estimate of our home's value and ultimate sales price. The sale process was very quick! Kim recommended that we ask the buyers for a short rent back period, which we ended up needing since the house sold so quickly! On the purchase side, Kim's market knowledge helped us target the right properties. We had a very narrow set of criteria which made the search both more and less challenging. Kim showed us many possibilities and sent us listings for the coming soon properties that met our criteria which was extremely helpful. In the end, we were able to schedule a visit with Kim to see our new condo before the open house and made a strong offer with Kim's help. The offer was accepted and the open house cancelled so we could settle and move into our new place. The entire process was just a few weeks. We strongly recommend Kim Jones. She has been great to work with over the last 10+ years in all of our real estate transactions. She took the time to understand what was important to us and then made sure she delivered it.
