Kim was friendly and clearly wanting to complete our sale. However, during our showings she basically let us do the navigating around on our own. She had to defer to her Broker husband to answer several questions of ours. Upon receiving her contract, the fees listed in it were more than what we were expecting to see. When we approached her about this, we were told it was standard brokerage fees. $400 for an Administrative Fee? Be prepared to pay for your professional door opener! We expected greater expertise based on other recommendations.
