When starting the process of selling our home, we interviewed multiple agencies, but knew Kim was the right agent for us the first time we spoke. She was very responsive, often during evening and weekend hours. Kim was very forthcoming in her assessment of our home, knowledgeable in her field and had a relevant perspective on the market at the time of our pending listing and insightful on the evolving real estate climate. She provided assistance throughout the process, including explanations on what to expect at various stages of the selling process. She and her staff were professional and respectful of cultural practices observed in our home, i.e. removing shoes in the home. Kim was friendly and clearly wanting to complete our sale. However, during our showings she basically let us do the navigating around on our own. She had to defer to her Broker husband to answer several questions of ours. Upon receiving her contract, the fees listed in it were more than what we were expecting to see. When we approached her about this, we were told it was standard brokerage fees. $400 for an Administrative Fee? Be prepared to pay for your professional door opener! We expected greater expertise based on other recommendations.
