Best experience ever! From the first moment that I met Kim, I knew that she was the agent for me. She came fully prepared and already had comparables for my home. She knew the market very well. The day she listed my house, within one hour we had five offers. We talked through each offer and chose what we thought was the best offer. Unfortunately the first offer did not work out but as soon as we came out a contract Kim had my house listed again. In two days my house was off the market. Kim kept in close contact with me during the process of the inspections. It was during the inspections that I found out that I needed to put a new roof on the home. The roofing contractor that I hired was supposed to have had the job done by a certain date. He did not. He went past the buyers original closing date and then some. Kim was able to work with the buyers agent and the buyer to sign an addendum to stay in contract to get my house sold. She was amazing through the entire process from beginning to end. We have even remained friends and keep in touch. I highly recommend using Kimberly Hanna to sell your home!!
