She then saw to all the details of the closing, working closely with us and what could have been a long process was handled quickly and efficiently and with excellence! Thank you Kim!

She got information on every home prior to us seeing it in order to give us the knowledge necessary to make a decision. As a first time buyer, one of the coolest things I appreciated about working with her was resourcefulness to find me the best place. We scouted the condominium I'm currently living in and I loved the view of the pond. She encouraged me not to settle and, lol, somehow she was able to get the inside scoop of a condo not promoted on Zoom or other sites. And to date, I still feel like I'm waking up every day to my own private lakehouse. It's beautiful and despite everyone complaining about 2020, I feel blessed and grateful. I can't in full conscience give her five stars because, as a first time buyer, lol, I think I actually would've preferred her holding my hand and explaining things to me like I was born yesterday when it comes to real estate vocabulary and the process. But other than that, she's a cool person to work with and follows up.
