Where do I begin?! First, Kim has made herself available selflessly almost daily for us since the beginning. She keeps in constant contact! Her communication with clients exceeds what anyone would expect from a realtor. Her eye for staging and repurposing items in our house allowed us to showcase all the amazing things we loved about it. We listed on a Thursday, by Friday evening we had 3 showings and 1 offer! Within 24 hours! We had 3 more showings the next day. 48 hours on the market and 6 showings! This brought in a competing offer and we were able to get ABOVE asking price - within 3 days!
