Kim has gone above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted. She always sheduled showings as soon as we said we wanted to see a house. She is kind, friendly, patient and if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she always finds it. When we found our house, she helped us write the best offer to give us the best chance to not let it slip away. She truly is the best!

Kim is wonderfully patient!!!! She always had our best interest in mind and even helped us out after our sale finalized!!! (More than once) We had a difficult go with the home we were purchasing and Kim was amazing at keeping me informed and calm. She made sure she kept us informed and even played “bad cop” with the finance guy to get us answers! I would/have recommended her to anyone buying or selling a home in Michigan or Ohio!!! Kim is absolutely amazing. As this was me and my husband's first time buying a house it was very stressful and confusing.
