Kimberly was born and raised in Rancho Santa Fe, California, learning from her parents about real estate investments, residential and commercial. She knew at a young age it would be her calling. At the age of twenty-six she moved to Carmel, California and started a large family.
Kimberly started her real estate career in 1996 with Century 21 Carmel, California selling new luxury condominiums on the Monterey Beach at Ocean Harbor House, then Pasadera Country Club, a Jack Nicklaus golf course community, and selling adorable Carmel Cottages, and Ocean Front homes as far north as Santa Cruz County. She eventually moved to the sunnier side of the bay, selling homes at Woods Cove, in Santa Cruz, a luxury community for Standard Pacific Homes and worked for David Lyng Luxury Real Estate company in Capitola, California.
After a successful career, she took a semi-retirement sailing the Mediterranean, Red Sea, and the Caribbean Sea where she provided term charters for friends. She ended her sailing adventure and lived for years in the US Virgin Islands helping people find their island homes.
She was offered a career change to commercial real estate and took on the challenge of re-organizing and re-designing a large 850,000 square foot indoor mall as General Manager, at EastGate Town Center in Chattanooga, TN for 3D Investments based in Beverly Hills California.
After the successful completion of Eastgate Town Center she moved to the cute, quaint, town called Atlantic Beach, Florida. It reminds her of small, quaint, towns she lived in California, like Del Mar, Carmel & Capitola but, with more affordable living. She started her Florida career working for new home builders selling for ICI Homes at Tamaya, and for Lennar at Terra Costa, and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Beaches office. Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage offered her the ability to services all of Florida and save money for her sellers and Buyers.
