Kim was very pro-active with marketing the house. Other realtors just post and then sit back and see what happens. She arranged multiple open houses and posted it on several sites to maximize the traffic during a difficult real estate market. She let me know each time there was a viewing and worked hard to obtain feedback. Would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.
