Kim did a great job selling our home in a difficult market with high interest rates. She was diligent and thought outside the box to get our house sold in a very timely manner. She used all types of social media to market our home. When we received an offer that was probably not in our best interest, she advised us, and pushed for a better, solid offer. She even found us an amazing realtor in the state that we were moving too. Her assistance and perseverance was instrumental in leaving a beautiful house to find a home closer to family.
