She visited with us and and toured the home in order to prepare a listing. She was proactive in getting professional photos for the listing which was important to us. During the process, she remained professional and helped bring the process to fruition.

Using Kim’s market knowledge and best practice experience we agreed on a listing price and schedule to list and hold an open house. The house was priced perfectly and we had very active showings that resulted in a sale slightly over the listed price.
